Our team

We realise that a service can only as good as the staff who deliver it and we are dedicated to excellence in all aspects of staff selection, training, development and support.


Our process of recruitment is very robust, from application to interview, ensuring that only those individuals who really want to make a difference with us are selected. From that point, three references and an enhanced CRB disclosure check are applied for and only on return of these vital checks is the individual allowed single contact with any vulnerable adult.


We have a dedicated training structure for every position in the Company and all employees pass through our induction programme, consisting of two key elements:

Classroom based training that greatly surpasses the common induction standards for social care, covering topic areas from Health and Safety, Manual Handling and Infection Control to Dementia Awareness, Care Planning and Emergency Action. This classroom training is delivered by our training and development officer and is an interactive and proactive experience, not the video based programme offered by so many care providers.

Practical coaching, carried out in the community under the supervision of Senior Care Team Members. This coaching is vital, given that the majority of our services are delivered by lone working employees in community. We must ensure they have the skills required for working without direct supervision and this practical aspect of our training and development programme is vital in ensuring our community teams’ ability to deliver in the community
